About this Course

A total body workout to strengthen and lengthen muscles, increase cardiovascular endurance as well as promote overall wellness. This interval training class will get your heart pumping and the sweat flowing. Using the Tabata method of 8 rounds of 20 seconds work and 10 seconds rest fused with a variety of new workouts every week.
